Use & Compliance

You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

On-Device Processing

ClipCompress performs video compression locally on your device. No videos are uploaded to our servers.

Subscriptions & Billing

Pro (Monthly)

• Price: US $1.99/month (auto-renewing).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Pro — Lifetime (One-time)

• One-time purchase that permanently unlocks Pro features on your Apple ID.
• "Restore Purchases" is available inside the app.

Free Tier

The free tier allows 1 compression of up to 60 seconds. Pro removes these limits (unlimited compressions and no 60-second cap).

Refunds

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store policies.

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA for Licensed Applications.

Warranty Disclaimer

ClipCompress is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss of data, damages, or issues arising from the use of the app.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app—including design, code, and branding—are owned by Unparalleled Apps LLC.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes will be handled in its courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance.
